We coordinate and ensure timely Lease Renewals occur that follow the allowable rental increase guidelines legislated by the RTB.
Rent Collection
We collect, disburse, track, and manage all rent collections from tenants on behalf of the owner. Notices of late payments will be sent out for no additional fees.
Unit Inspections
Customizable options for annually, bi-annually, or quarterly unit inspections to occur ensuring that your asset is well maintained and undamaged.
RTB Support
We represent the owner shall any disputes arise that involve the RTB or governing bodies.
Maintenance
We can perform maintenance and emergency repairs as required during the management process.
